Building Brighter Futures for Rural Bihar
IRSSA Foundation is a non-profit NGO in Bihar delivering education, safe drinking water, emergency relief, orphan care and community development to underserved villages across Araria district — because every child and family deserves a real chance.
A grassroots foundation built by the villages it serves
IRSSA Foundation (International Rural Social Service & Awareness Foundation) is a registered charity organization and education NGO founded in 2017, working at the intersection of education, community development, child welfare and rural empowerment in the flood-prone, under-resourced villages of Araria district, Bihar.
From a single learning circle under a tin roof, IRSSA has grown into a network of learning centers, safe drinking water projects and relief programs — always led by local volunteers who understand the ground reality of the communities we serve through hands-on rural development.
